Travel Grants (For International Participants Only)

• IMCVP 2024 offers travel grants to international participants who have submitted an abstract.

• The Scientific Organizing Committee will nominate the travel grant recipients.

• Recipients of travel grants must attend the congress on-site.

Steps to Apply for Travel Grants

  • Join the abstract
    submission

  • Receive notification
    of abstract selection.

  • Apply for the Travel Grants upon abstract submission.

  • Participate in IMCVP2024 (Travel Grants will be provided On-Site)

** This award will be automatically canceled when the awardee do not attend on-site.

Certification

  • • In person attendance will be checked. This data will be the basis for certification.
  • • For more detail, please contact IMCVP2024 Secretariat at sci@imcvp.org

A copy of the registration name tag, a copy of the
passport, and account information must be submitted
(submission deadline: Sep 8, 24:00 KST)

  • A Special Travel Grant of USD 1,000 was
    prepared for a max of 10 outstanding speakers
    from among those selected as oral presenters.

  • Separate payment from the prize money,
    duplicate benefits possible.

  • It cannot be duplicated with the USD 500
    offered when selecting an oral presenter.

* Refund Policy

  • For proof of attendance at the conference, please send a copy of the nameplate received on site by September 8 (Thu) by e-mail, and send your passport and account information to the secretariat for bank transfer.
  • You can stay up to 2 nights, and you must attend the awards ceremony
    (September 3 at 5:40 pm).
  • Applications received after the deadline are non-refundable, so be sure to follow the deadline to avoid any disadvantages.
  • Refunds will be transferred to your account within one month of the end of the ICOMES 2022.

* Accommodation other than designated hotels is also possible
