All abstracts must be submitted via the Online System only.

Submitting an abstract does not automatically register you for IMCVP 2026. Please ensure that all abstract presenters also complete the registration process with full payment.

Authors can modify their abstracts before the submission deadline (August 27, 2026) on the website.

When you submit your abstract online, your abstract will be automatically edited according to IMCVP 2026 submission formats.

It is the authors' responsibility to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for all typing errors in the abstract.

The submission form is intended for the review of the abstract.

A confirmation letter of abstract submission will be automatically sent to the submitter and corresponding author by e-mail upon the completion of the online submission.

All abstracts are eligible for the Best Abstract Award. Finalists will be required to deliver an oral presentation on-site.

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee according to the review process.

The topic category can be changed after the review by the Scientific Program Committee.

Authors can submit abstracts for Oral and Poster. However, the final presentation type of the accepted abstract is under the discretion of the Scientific Program Committee.

All abstracts are eligible for the Best Abstract Award. Finalists will be required to deliver an oral presentation on-site.

The acceptance notice of abstracts will be notified via e-mail to the presenting author and corresponding author by no later than October 6, 2026.

The presenting author whose abstract has been accepted needs to register with full payment to confirm their participation in meeting.

If the presenting author does not register by the registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

To withdraw an abstract, please notify the Secretariat by email at sci@imcvp.org.

If the presenting author does not register by the pre-registration deadline (October 27, 2026), the abstract will be automatically withdrawn.

Submissions that do not comply with the prescribed format or deviate from the primary purpose of the meeting may be rejected at the Scientific Committee’s discretion.

Abstracts must be based on unpublished research results; edited content previously presented at other conferences will not be accepted.

Submitted and accepted abstracts may be published on the Korean Society of Cardio-cerebrovascular Disease Prevention (KSCP) website, mobile application, abstract book (PDF), and other printed materials.

Submitted abstracts may be considered for online or offline publication and presentation; however, they must not have been previously announced, publicized, or distributed in full article form online or offline prior to the abstract submission deadline.
