Presentation Guidelines

Important

Due to session allocation and publication schedules, accepted abstract presenters must complete their registration, including full payment of the registration fee.
✓ Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 29 (Mon), 2025
✓ Pre-Registration Deadline: October 15 (Wed), 2025

If the presenting author does not register by the registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

※ Please note that all Oral Presenters are required to attend the Closing Ceremony on November 15 (Sat), from 15:10 to 15:30, as the awards will be formally presented at that time.

Oral Presentation Guideline

Format MS PowerPoint
Size 16:9 widescreen ratio (Landscape)
Font If you use fonts other than standard Microsoft Office fonts, or if your presentation contains animations or video clips, please save those files separately and bring them with your presentation.

Operation Hours and Location

Please visit the Preview Area to upload and check your presentation files at least 1 hour before your session to ensure that all materials function properly. A staff will be ready to assist you.

If your presentation file contains animations or video clips, you are advised to check all materials and technical details with the staff.

How to Proceed the Session

Prior Session

Presenters are expected to arrive at the podium on time for their scheduled presentation.

Presenters are required to be present in the session room before the session starts and take a seat in the ‘Reserved Section’ (first row) for speakers at least 10 minutes before the session.

During the Session

In order to minimize interference with other presentations, overruns will not be allowed. Session chairs have been instructed to curtail each presentation to the allotted time.

Audio-visual Equipment

All presenters are required to use the venue’s AV equipment. Each session room is equipped with:
✓ Podium, Monitor
✓ Microphone
✓ Wireless presenter (laser pointer/slide advancer) and mouse
✓ Projector and Screen

We kindly advise presenters not to use personal laptops-especially Apple/Macintosh computers-to prevent potential compatibility issues with the venue’s projection system.
