Guidelines for Oral Presentation Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Important

To facilitate session planning and publication, presenting authors of accepted abstracts are required to complete registration and pay the applicable registration fee. (Registration fees vary depending on the registration period.)
✓ Early Bird Registration Deadline: October 7 (Wed), 2026
✓ Pre-Registration Deadline: October 27 (Tue), 2026

If the presenting author does not complete registration by the pre-registration deadline, the abstract will be withdrawn and will not be included in the final program.

※ Poster presenters are required to download the Poster Template provided below, prepare their poster according to the specified format, and submit the file via the Submission Link during the submission period. (Deadline: November 2 (Mon), 23:59 KST)

Poster Submission and Display

All posters will be printed and mounted by the Secretariat. Presenters do not need to mount their posters themselves.

To ensure proper printing and display, poster files must be submitted according to the guidelines below no later than November 2 (Mon), 2026.

Poster Presentation Preparation

Format Microsoft PowerPoint
Size A0 size (841 mm × 1,189 mm, Portrait)
Font If you use fonts that are not included with Microsoft Office, please save the font files separately and submit them with your poster file.
Template Presenters are required to use the template provided below when preparing their posters.
* Please disclose any conflicts of interest (COI) in your presentation materials, if applicable. Download Poster Template
Submission Method Please submit your poster file during the submission period.
Submission Period: October 14 (Wed) – November 2 (Mon), 2026
(Deadline: November 2 (Mon), 23:59 KST)

**File Name Format: Abstract No._Presenter Full Name**

If you need to revise your poster after submission, please re-upload the updated file via the submission link and notify the Secretariat at sci@imcvp.org

Moderated Poster Presentation Guidelines

Date & Time November 27 (Fri), 2026, 10:30-11:00
November 28 (Sat), 2026, 10:30-11:10
Location Grand Hall 2 and 3 (B1F), Grand Walkerhill Seoul
Presentation Instructions Please be present at your poster during the designated presentation times on both days.
The judges will visit each poster during these sessions to evaluate the presentations.

Poster Board

The total size of the assigned poster panel is 950 mm (Width) x 2,200 mm (Height). The panels are made of white laminate boards.

The posters will be mounted by the Secretariat and will remain on display throughout the meeting.

Poster Exhibition Area

Posters will be exhibited in Grand Hall 2 & 3 (B1F).
Please refer to the map below for the location of the poster exhibition area.
