Guidelines for Oral Presentation Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Important

Due to session allocation and publication schedules, accepted abstract presenters must complete their registration, including full payment of the registration fee.
✓ Early Bird Registration Deadline: September 29 (Mon), 2025
✓ Pre-Registration Deadline: October 15 (Wed), 2025

If the presenting author does not register by the registration deadline, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.

Poster presenters are required to download the template provided in the Poster Presentation Guideline, prepare their poster according to the specified format, and submit the file via the Submission Link no later than October 20 (Mon), 2025.

Poster Submission and Display

All posters will be printed and mounted by the Secretariat. presenters are not required to post their own materials.

To ensure proper printing and display, poster files must be submitted in accordance with the guidelines provided below no later than October 20 (Mon), 2025.

Poster Presentation Guideline

Format MS PowerPoint
Size A0 size (841 mm × 1,189 mm, Portrait)
Font If you are using fonts other than the standard MS-Office fonts, please save those font files separately and submit them along with your presentation.
Template For the presentation submission, presenters are required to use the provided template below.

Poster Board

The total size of the assigned poster panel is 950mm (Width) x 1,880mm (Height). These are white laminate boards.

The materials will be mounted by the Secretariat and will remain on display throughout the meeting.
